HyndSyte LLC was founded by Harold Cooper, an experienced contractor with over 15 years in the home services industry. The platform didn't start as a software company - it started as a solution to a real problem.
Originally named HyndSyte, the software was created by and for Cooper Home Services, Harold's own contracting business. What began as an internal tool to manage jobs, customers, and crews quickly evolved into something much bigger.
As the application grew in capability - adding scheduling, invoicing, estimates, inventory management, accounting, and more - it became clear that the vision had outgrown its roots. A single server serving a single business couldn't contain what this platform was becoming.
Unlike most field service software built by tech companies trying to understand contractors, HyndSyte was built from the inside out. Every feature, every workflow, every decision comes from real-world experience running a service business. The frustrations of juggling multiple apps, the pain of expensive enterprise software that requires extensive training, the need for something that just works - these aren't theoretical problems to us. We lived them.
Today, HyndSyte is more than a CRM. We've coined the term Field Service Operating System because that's exactly what it is. A complete, all-in-one platform where contractors never need to leave the app. CRM, scheduling, estimates, invoicing, accounting, email, inventory, crew management, customer portal - everything a service business needs, in one place.
Harold Cooper starts his home services company, experiencing firsthand the software challenges facing contractors.
Frustrated with existing solutions, Harold begins building custom software for his own business operations.
The platform's capabilities grow beyond a single-business tool. Planning begins for a multi-tenant SaaS platform.
HyndSyte is rebranded as HyndSyte in December 2025. Patents filed, LLC formed, hyndsyte.com secured.
HyndSyte opens to beta testers, bringing the contractor-built platform to service businesses nationwide.
